30/06/2017 ​Mariano Rajoy announces that government will raise growth forecast for 2017 to 3% At the end of the 12th Poland-Spain Summit in Warsaw, the President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, announced that on Monday, 3 July, the government will raise the growth forecast from 2.7% to 3%. Spain and Poland agree that the fight against terrorism is a priority for the European Union.

He also defended freedom of trade, the Paris agreements on climate change and advocated greater international cooperation on terrorism and immigration.
