esMADRIDpro

With the aim of improving Madrid's image and position as a tourist destination and facilitating the work of members of the media, the Madrid City Council, through the Madrid Destino Tourism Department, has developed the online platform esMADRIDpro. This initiative, which also provides services to companies and professionals from the tourism sector both in Spain and abroad, is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
esMADRIDpro offers information on the latest developments in tourism in Madrid, numbers of visitors to the city, initiatives to promote leisure and business tourism and activities involving tourist assistance and information. The platform features one of the best banks of images of the city: high-quality graphic and audiovisual material relating to the city's most iconic sights and places. It also enables users to download PDF guides and brochures on gastronomy, culture, events and LGBTI tourism created by Madrid Destino, and to consult reports by other members of the press in order to discover their impressions of the capital. To gain access to all of the resources offered by this new virtual press office, users simply need to register.
