04/11/2016 Mariano Rajoy attends swearing in of new members of the government by the King The Vice-President of the Government and the twelve ministers that make up the new government were sworn in to their new posts by His Majesty King Felipe VI, in a ceremony held at Zarzuela Palace, in the presence of the President of the Government.

03/11/2016 President of the Government announces composition of new Government of Spain Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 62 and 100 of the Spanish Constitution, the President of the Government, Mariano Rajoy, proposed the appointment of the following members of the government to His Majesty the King:
