19/10/2015 Meeting between President of the Government and Secretary of State of United States of America The President of the Government received the Secretary of State of the United States, John Kerry, on Monday morning at Moncloa Palace. The visit takes place one month after Their Majesties King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the United States, and two weeks after the US Secretary of Defense, Ashton Carter, visited Spain. It also coincides with the Spanish Rotating Presidency of the UN Security Council.

Moreover, it regulated the dispensation of medication by nurses and approved the revised texts of the Statute of Workers and the Employment Act.
