ICEX is consolidating its headquarters in Madrid to facilitate support for the internationalization of businesses

Moving ICEX's headquarters to the north of Paseo de la Castellana will allow bring the company's current five separate locations in Madrid together in one building. The building will also HOUSE España Expansión Exterior and the company Cofides, thus becoming a one-stop-shop for the internationalization of Spanish businesses.

The move reflects the need to bring together all of the institutions and companies reporting to the State Secretariat for Trade that are dedicated to corporate internationalization. It will benefit companies by providing a single point of reference for government support for corporate internationalization.

More than 600 ICEX professionals will move to the new headquarters. They are currently spread throughout five different buildings. The new building will also allow for improved efficiency at the organization and boost the entity's corporate image.
